Tropical Storm Edouard made landfall on Tuesday afternoon and is set to bring one to three feet of heavy rain, along with winds up to 60 mph to southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana through Wednesday.
A tornado or two is also a possibility over parts of southwest Louisiana and southeast Texas Tuesday afternoon and evening.
