Tropical Storm Dolly, the fourth tropical cyclone of the 2026 hurricane season, formed in the Atlantic on Thursday, the National Hurricane Center said.
The tropical storm has winds of 40 miles per hour and is moving west at 24 miles per hour, according to the forecast.
The storm is not named after country music star Dolly Parton, who died this week after a brief battle with cancer.
