President Trump and Secretary Pete Hegseth defended U.S. strikes against alleged drug boats and narco-terrorists during a Cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
Hegseth has faced bipartisan scrutiny over reports that the U.S. military killed survivors of an earlier strike on a boat suspected of ferrying drugs in the Caribbean Sea in September.
