People in this Ukrainian town tell ABC News 42 people still missing since Russian occupation


In April, Russian troops retreated from the town of Dymer, Ukraine, just 30 minutes north of Kyiv.

During the Russian occupation, residents were seized — many were held in a factory on the edge of town. Now, nearly a year later, people there say 42 civilians living in the town remain missing.
